Randy John Calvert

December 9, 1959 – March 6, 2024

                Randy passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at St. Anthony’s Hospital, The Pas, at the age of 64 years.

                Randy was born December 9, 1959 in Flin Flon, Manitoba to Shirley and John Calvert.

                Randy and Evelyn got together 43 years ago in 1981.  Together they had one son named Codi.

                Randy liked painting and drywalling, working on skidoos and going out for coffee with his coffee buddies.  He liked talking to all different people and telling jokes and hanging out with his dog “Johnny Cash.”  He liked watching movies.

                Randy was diagnosed with cancer ten years ago but that didn’t slow him down as he went right back to work after his chemo treatments.

                Randy was predeceased by his parents John and Shirley Calvert.

                Randy is survived by his common law wife Evelyn; son Codi; sisters Donna (Vince), Shelly (Lawrence); brothers Rick, Glen (Penny), Dale (Jocelyn); nieces Alexa, Renee (Cory), Anabelle, Adin, Alvana, Ashley (Eric) and their 2 children, Jossie (Eric), Ivory, Kaila, Alannah, Mandy; nephews Ethan, Grant, Kerri and Andrew.

                Cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
