I can not thank you enough. Neil made the whole process of going to the first meeting, picking out the casket so peaceful and relaxing. I went in having anxiety never experiencing something like that, and came out feeling like I just visited an old friend. (Not calling you old Neil lol). The way he fixed up mom was also perfect. She truly looked like she was just sleeping. We as a family are forever grateful.
